This is a great charitable event! Their website states:

Cruisin’ the Boulevard Car Show “Cruisin’ the Boulevard Coats for Kids” is a charitable event sponsored by the Bountiful Rotary Club. This year marks the 16th anniversary of this event dedicated to aiding our local children. Elementary school Principals in cooperation with the teachers and the PTA identify children in need of winter clothing from the Bountiful area schools. Once a child is identified, the principal presents a voucher to the parents. With the voucher, the child and parents can go to the Centerville Walmart Store and pick out a new coat, boots and mittens.

Since our first Car Show in 1998 over 3500 children have received new winter coats, boots and mittens.”

The car show is FREE and open to the public, but all that attend can help raise money for “Coats for Kids” by purchasing food, making tax-deductible donations, purchasing “kids bucks” to enter games, activities, and drawings, or entering the car show.
