Thanks to ZAP (Zoo, Arts, Parks) tax, Salt Lake’s ZAP provides free days at Hogle Zoo each Winter on the last Wednesdays of the months of November, December, January, and February. No tickets or reservations are necessary. Gates are open from 9 am – 4 pm with the Hogle Zoo grounds being open until 5 pm.

The following days are free days at Hogle Zoo:

  • November 25, 2015
  • December 30, 2015
  • January 27, 2016
  • February 24, 2016
