Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Enchantment Review

We had the opportunity to attend Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Enchantment last night. Of course it did not disappoint.

The show started off with “Toy Story” which my kids loved. It was based off of Toy Story 3 which is the only Toy Story movie my kids have seen so that was convenient.  I thought the story was a little long but the kids didn’t get to restless.  They did a great job making it entertaining.  Toy Story doesn’t have a lot of songs (like Frozen) so they used a lot of humor to make it fun and interesting.  We really enjoyed Toy Story.
Next up was “The Little Mermaid.” It’s a shortened version of the story (which is actually really good for our family because my 4 year old gets scared of the big Ursula.) They give you a little taste of the story and it’s fun for the kids.  After that was intermission and then “Cars”. I was very interested in how they would do the Cars story line. They did just a short little story with the Cars characters so it wasn’t the actual Cars story but the kids still loved seeing all the big cars out on the ice.
Last was “Frozen” which of course never disappoints. I just love the music from that story and they do a great job preforming it. Really “Frozen” is all about ice and was just made for Disney on Ice so it never gets old watching them preform it.
One thing I really liked about this show was that it was pretty evenly geared towards both boys favorite shows and girls. Disney on Ice shows tend to lean more towards princesses and while Frozen is still a big part of the show I felt like Worlds of Enchantment does a great job entertaining both the boys and the girls of our family.

If you are wanting to catch this show before it leaves town, head to our post about Disney On Ice and make sure you grab some tickets! The last show is on March 12, 2017 at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
